TIM A. HART has 14 years experience in the property tax field. He was previously employed by a national property tax firm as well as a local County Property Assessor. Tim's experience consists of the valuation of all types of commercial, multi-family, and industrial properties. Tim also has vast experience representing clients at Value Adjustment Board hearings throughout the state of Florida.
